    Since I was a little girl I’ve always loved gnawing on the bones left after Sunday dinner…lamb, chicken etc. My Mum would automatically hand me the huge lamb joint bone and off I’d go! Now my teen son and I both love crispy skin in chicken and we both eat the gristle and tendons, marrow, the lot. My husband turns green. I draw the line at salmon skin but my son loves that too. He even eats the eggshells!! I can’t do that. The only thing I’d worry about is how much fat we’re ingesting with all that skin. My husband worries for us. Is it an issue do you think?

    I make my own bone broth myself. I get the grass fed beef bones and beef marrow and simmer it for hours. I get more broth and stock it ..natural broth no additives added and taste way better.

    The way they handle & feed all the animals, how do you even know if the chicken beef ect, bones & skin is even good??? Or does it not even matter if these are in good condition? There’s other health people that say don’t eat the skin of chicken because the antibiotics they give them stays in the skin 😬. So how do you know your making the bone broth or eating the bones, cartilage ect is healthy???

    Sams Chicken leftovers in an instant pot pressure cooker for about 10 minutes. Gives a great bone broth using the left overs with some meat on the bones.

    I cook chicken’s feet with the nails on in my Instant pot with onion, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and 1 star anise for 1 hr. Remove the toenails and enjoy. Drink the both all week.

    I eat eggs from my backyard everyday. I know what went in them and they taste considerably better than store bought eggs. I never thought about the membrane, but now I’ll be eating the membrane (at least the part I can salvage). From SE TN thanks, Dr. Berry!

    Dr. Berry. I drank vodka for 10 yrs. Had Pancreatitis 5 times! Had cardiomyopathy apathy ‼ I finally quit 6 years ago! I feel so great but I do have some insulin Resistance. I’m trying to reverse it ‼ Is it that difficult to do? What would you suggest me doing to heal ❓
