    My people you can have a "cheat day" every 2 weeks; but do it while you’re doing a fast. Be at a fasted state for 16 hrs bare minimum and have an 8 hour period of eating whatever you want to.

    I only eat fast twice a week. Only on Mondays, and Wednesdays, because I do taekowndo those days, and I am tried afterwards, so I eat fast so I could go to the shower, and bed sooner. Rest of the days I can, and will eat slower.

    I make my own smoothies for goodness sake. One has to take the time to prepare their own meals and beverages. And, in doing so, one saves a lot of money and they know what they’re eating or drinking, especially when they grow their own organic food.

    One thing that can help change your life. Get a Ninja Foodi or an Instapot. I have never had so much fun making dinner than with my Ninja Foodi. In about the same amount of time it takes to throw a couple of hot dogs into some water to boil you can make seared pork chops, rice and veggies.

    the title of this video is extremely misleading. Just because you meal prep food, doesn’t mean you’re going to get abs. people hear "yeah duhh bro, just meal prep your food!" and they’re just going to meal prep a bunch of doughnuts and ding dongs. This guy needs to be more specific about what kind of food. It depends on the type of food that you’re eating, which this video does not get into whatsoever. like I lift weights, do everything right, get a lot of protein, do stomach vacuums, sit ups, stimulate my muscles like you wouldn’t believe, all the right macros, all everything, and I still have fat on the outside of my stomach. I watch my calories in, calories out. My diet is extremely clean, some people just can’t get around it no matter what they do. my abs show, but not nearly enough as some of these guys who are probably just taking weird steroids or chemicals. It’s not as easy as just meal prepping.
