Superfoods And Nutrition Facts. I talk about food and health all the time so today I wanted to talk about superfoods. Superfoods are foods that are rich in nutrients. Research has shown that healthy dietary patterns can reduce risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. I want to go over a few foods that I think will help prevent a lot of health issues.

    Hi Susan, thank you for confirming this about superfoods. I was having trouble with my legs and knees, and after the third nutritionist, we finally discovered I needed to eliminate dairy from my diet. My legs are feeling better.

    You are very intelligent Susan. I listen to my body as well. After suffering from Sciatica pain I now pace myself for exercise. I love bourbon and beer and I quit that too after I was too motivated to try new ones and feeling ashamed of it I quit. As you say your body is your temple and God I don’t want to disappoint him. I don’t eat sugar as much anymore either. By eliminating a lot of my sugar I can keep ten pounds off just for that. I quit smoking years ago. No smoking, alcohol, or recreational drugs for me. As you say improve your health or you will suffer in the long run. You, young people, do as she says. Later it will be too late. Copd, liver damage are just a few that will affect people in their 50s and beyond.

    Susan This is great I believe in this 110% . I recently got a book called Wheat Belly .It is excellent and what I’ve done is eliminate all sugar in every food .And all wheat products . There is a plethora of non wheat delicious non sugar recipes for cookies and desserts even a non wheat pizza made with almond flour . I have no joint pain already after just 3 weeks . Its anti inflammatory. Grass fed beef is a good source of fat not like corn fed beef with all the antibiotics form feedlot beef . We do eat grass fed pork and its completely different . My cravings are gone and I feel so much better im 63 Fruit low glycemic ones . My body doesn’t like alcohol at all either Im very sensitive to it I get very sick the next day just from a couple drinks . Besides my wife doesn’t like it either lol . Vit c yes every day and if I so much as sense a cold coming on I pop another one . Thanks for this video .
