    I AGREE about the tongue!!! I see celebs that take pictures with their tongues out and all’s I can think is "can’t you see the film on your tongue? Aren’t you embarrassed to stick it out and have others see it too?" yet they’re everywhere!!! so gross!!!

    Guys. lost a ton of weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some tips right now. Look for a popular fat burn secrets called Custokebon Secrets (google it). Thanks to it I have lost crazy amounts of weight. I shouldn’t even be talking about it cause I don’t want lots of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a great mood today and so I’ll share the wealth lol.

    love the idea of a daily habit tracker I do something similar where I have 5 tasks and I try to complete those 5 each day and after 21 days I drop them from the list and replace them with another new habit I want to obtain. Another really good book is " the beauty of discomfort by Amanda Lang. it helps us realize that the uncomfortable things we don’t want to do are actually what we need in every aspect of life.
