Pilates method is useful for people of any gender and age – those who want to look good, feel great and be in excellent shape.
All movements are different from each other but require precise and smooth execution which is developed through strengthening your core muscles. During your classes you will discover muscles that you didn’t think you had as you will be reaching for deeper layers. Those hidden muscles play important part in shaping your beautiful body. You will feel rejuvenated and energized. Pilates system is gentler on body than other gym training activities but more effective. You will increase flexibility of your muscles, strengthen your physical and mental state and feel satisfied after your new-found workout.
