    I really like the topics and content of her videos, but her speech patterns drive me insane. Her voice goes up in pitch at the end of most of her sentences, and she talks like she’s reading a book report.

    You don’t have to buy the overpriced organic shit. All food is organic. Walmart beef, pork and chicken are fine, the half priced normal vegetables are also fine. Good diet, but doesn’t need to be as expensive as many stuck up people qho smell their own farts think it needs to be. Try to get meat thet has some fat in it, without the carbs from grains you will need the energy from the fat. Plus fat adds allot of flavor and is the best fuel for yout body. Teach your body to burn fat and you won’t be fat.

    HI. New sub. I was on the AIP Paleo for three years. (AutoImmune Protocol) which is a lot more restrictive for those with an autoimmune disease. I felt the best I had ever felt. I have to go back on Paleo. I went Gluten-free and that has meant introducing some sugar back into my diet. Worst thing I ever did. I got a lot of Paleo recipes on Pinterest. I like muffins for breakfast and there was one that was Morning Glory. So good!! Your recipes looked delicious!!
