    This is outdated nutritional information, saturated fats are much better than any vegetable oils. Fatty meats are definitely better than lean meats.

    Wouldn’t a diet without oils or butter be ideal? Fats are needed, but if they came from seeds, nuts and avocados, it would be better from a health standpoint.
