    Sigh wish people would shut up about eating the wrong types of food it has nothing to do with what you eat it has to do with what your body takes in. people may say I am wrong but many of the basic laws of our body says it will only take in stuff it thinks it needs. cutting off your favorite foods or as this guy says "trigger Foods" will just make you want them more and then you loss that mind set and gain even more weight. i know this from watching my mother go though so many of these foolish and idiotic diets and "tips" and never shed a single pound. me well I have been all over the place and I have eaten everything i have ever wanted and yet I am still staying a constant weight. when I started exercising daily all I did was walk for 30 minutes a day it did not matter that I ate the pizza or ice cream it was just I walked to a fro to work for about 40 minutes in total. I wasn’t watching my calories or even caring about them. my problem now is that I am always hungry. though a few tips I will be taking from this. Slowing down, Stop when feeling full waiting 2 hours before sleeping. those are good tips. but here are 2 tips I will suggest to everyone for health and possible Weight control take a walk or even be on your feet for 20-40 minutes a day and take 10-20 minutes in a nice scenic area to just listen and think. even people in the city can take a moment sit down and just listen to what is going on around them. and don’t listen to tip 5 that is part of most scams the food has nothing to do with it. our life styles effect it the stress of trying too loss weight and the depression of failing to loss weight. but don’t take it from me find your own method to loss weight because I am a lazy bastard that can’t even get up to go walk for 10 minutes let alone 20-40 but that is what I used to do because it was something I had to do to go to work. and guess what I Enjoyed every minute of it.

    Great, great video. Easy and elegant. I can’t agree more. Sorry that I didn’t see this video before. I personally lose weight (35 pounds) by changing all of what you are saying. Unfortunately, I supposed to come to all of this on my own (which I am sharing on my vblog). But the biggest challenge I found is to understand that it is not a temporary change that I will stop doing very soon (and 100% would be back to the old weight or even more) but get the idea that either I change it forever and accept that it is my new lifestyle or don’t bother at all because yo-yo diets and constant losing and gaining weight make more harm to my body. Again, thanks for your video.

    Sugars and refined carbs are my trigger foods. Things like cookies and pastries and regular lays chips, once I taste it I feel like I can’t even control myself! My train of thought is to finish the whole thing so I can’t eat it tmrrw. I really gotta work on that
