    My DAughter inlaw is doing this 7-minute workout and is very happy with it, her first day was Feb 8th, 2020 and on the 9 said she could actually feel it, she did it today also with my Son who did his own workout but I’m really happy to It helps with so many issues besides changing your Body, stress, anger, Depression ECT I think I might give it a try?     Been doing 2 7 minute workouts in a row and then 4 minute arm tone up for 4 days. No weight loss ( 59) kilos but I will be interested if I put on muscle weight. I will get back to you all. I have been sweating due to the humidity, so hopefully helping the workouts too.

    I tried this last year, because the routines are easier compared to other workouts. Didn’t really get much results because of my diet. Nevertheless it made me sweat a lot and my breathing is better whenever I walk long distances.

    I have arthritis and Iโ€™m trying to work out more so my muscles and joints feel way better Iโ€™m not sore all the time and Iโ€™m trying to get ready for spring fling Wanna look like I have muscle and not petite

    Day 1:pretty hard my joints hurt but Iโ€™m gonna keep working hard
    Day 2:it was a lot easier but still sore from yesterdayโ€™s workout but Iโ€™m gonna keep up and not give up

    Day 1: My whole body was aching lol, no changes yet! I did some push ups, and I couldโ€™t do it xD
    Day 2: Still aching, but it got a bit better, did 3 push-ups and it hurt a lot
    Day 3: No more aching, I did about 5 push ups! Easier than yesterday. And the exercise routine is getting a bit easier now!
    Day 4: I feel stronger per day! Did 9 push ups! Woo!
    Day 5: I donโ€™t see changes yet

    Iโ€™m on day 4 I canโ€™t see a difference in my waist but definitely notice my hips getting smaller by the day! Definitely recommend this workout. Only problem for me is eating healthy aha.

    Completed my challenge yesterday, measured myself again today.
    Due to knee/neck problems I had to do light/modified versions of two exercises (not jumping, not on the floor).
    I lost 3cm on my waist and 1 on my thighs, very happy with the results and keeping it up!
    Also trying to keep an eye on what I eat, without being too strict.
    Very motivated, after seeing real results in so little time, thank you!

    here’s my progress so far! i’ll update day by day โค๏ธ:

    day 1: Did it late at night, had a lot of trouble with the last exercise, but pushed through

    day 2: Did it early in the morning and then I did it again at night, I seem to be getting used to the exercises

    day 3: did the workout early in the morning, struggled a lot. but, i’m starting to see a change.

    My final results were incredible, thanks Lucy!!! ๐Ÿ’•

    Day 1: I actually got quite puffed, haha ๐Ÿ˜‚ I thought it was a great little workout! Perfect amount of time for me while my baby keeps herself occupied beside me ๐Ÿ™‚

    Diet:
    I am eating more fruit and veg to fill me up instead of naughty things ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Day 2: Actually felt a little sore! Did another 7 minute workout and tried the 4min arm workout as well!

    Day 3: I did the 7min work out and the 4min arm workout as soon as I woke up in the morning. Was going to try and do the workout again in the afternoon but had a very active day and was pretty tired and still a little sore. Haha!

    Day 4: Did the work out twice today, once in the morning and again in the afternoon and I had a look at my measurments just for fun and lools like I have lost 1/2 inch off my hips and 1 inch off my waist! Exciting! And I have managed to eat healthy with only a couple tiny treats haha ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Day 5: Did the work out twice today!

    Day 6: Did the 7min workout and the 4min arm workout. Feeling stronger!

    Day 7: Still feeling motivated and am watching what I eat, trying not to have too many snacks. ๐Ÿ˜‹ I did the 7min workout twice today and the 4min arm workout, it is starting to get alot easier and I’m not as puffed as I was in the beginning.

    Final result:
    Managed to loose 2.5inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips!!! Also I lost 4.2kg! Woohoo

    Conclusion:
    These quick but effective workouts easily fit into my busy daily schedule! I feel so much more motivated and confident! I hope to continue to watch what I eat and do this workout at least once a day and continue to loose weight and inches off my body! Brilliant!

    I am going to try to do for 7 days. Started-Wednesday 5th February 2020.

    Day 1: it was okay, I definitely had to take a few breaks as I get out of breath quickly. Hopefully my stamina will start to improve.

    Day 2- it was a bit better, took less breaks and felt the burn more.

    Day 3-no longer took any breaks, still no obvious changes.

    Day one: went really hard, my belly muscle was hurting a lot.
    Day two: easier than day one, I found the push-up and the bicycle exercises were easier to do.
    Day three: less painful, and my body feels more flexible than ever.
    Day four: I am very optimistic about my body, the exercises are easy compared to the first three days. Regardless of the physical effort, there is also a very good emotional effort(increases the good mood). Only three days left to FINISH.

    day 5 – Already can see the difference and my clothes feel looser. Didnโ€™t measure as would have found that depressing but I can see in the mirror and feel it in my clothes and also when I sit down.
    Sticking to these 7 minute work outs and also doing about 15k steps a day , lots of water and keeping away from cake ! Next one is a drop a dress size one . I feel lots better in myself , my skin looks better, Iโ€™m not so stiff. My overall well behind is improving

    Okay guys, im starting my diet and workout today. So lets see the results. My starting weight 55.2kg
    1st day- complete!! But its really hard but im trying my best to see the results and my weight 55.0kg.
    2nd day- complete!! Its quite good now. I really burn it out! And i feel much easier than 1st day.

    For a week prior I cut rice, bread and processed sugar.

    Day 1: complete
    Day 2: complete!
    Day 3: Complete!!
    Day 4: COMPLETE
    Day 5: completeee and headed to gym
