    Random guy commenting… I found this really helpful, I hurt my back a few months ago and was told to take up these exercises by a physio therapist.
    It amazes me how hard the exercise are even though they look like simple movements, also how weak muscles can become if you don’t use them. Thanks for sharing.

    i know this was a few years ago that this was made — but hopefully you can tell me how to keep my stomach in when doing the exercises – my stomach does not like to go flat

    My first Pilates workout ever and it was so much fun 😊 Not to brag but I am pretty proud of myself right now for being able to do everything at your pace without any breaks and with a lot of flexibility 😅 I really liked it and will try it out more often
